Anchor Chart Club Terms and Conditions

Effective date: June 1, 2023. Last updated: September 3, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of, access to, and use of the Anchor Chart Club, available through anchorchartclub.com and related checkout, membership, and account platforms.

The Anchor Chart Club is owned and operated by Teach to Love Learning, LLC (“Teach to Love Learning,” “Anchor Chart Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing an Anchor Chart Club membership, enrolling in a trial, creating an account, accessing membership content, or otherwise using the Anchor Chart Club, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies of Teach to Love Learning, LLC.

Please review these Terms carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or enroll in an Anchor Chart Club membership or trial.

1. THE ANCHOR CHART CLUB

The Anchor Chart Club is a digital membership providing eligible active members with access to educational resources and other membership content.

Membership content may include, depending on your membership level or offer:

  • anchor charts;
  • mini anchor charts;
  • fill-in anchor charts;
  • word walls;
  • exit tickets;
  • bonus resources;
  • printable and digital educational materials;
  • membership-exclusive resources;
  • new or updated resources;
  • member bonuses; and
  • other content made available to eligible members.

The specific resources, grade levels, subjects, bonuses, and features included with your membership depend on the membership, plan, promotion, or offer you purchased.

Teach to Love Learning, LLC may add, update, replace, reorganize, or remove membership resources and features over time. Membership does not guarantee that any particular resource, feature, bonus, grade level, or category will remain available indefinitely unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer you purchased.

2. MEMBERSHIP PLANS

Anchor Chart Club may offer different membership plans, including monthly, quarterly, annual, all-access, single-grade, multi-grade, promotional, grandfathered, trial-based, or other membership options.

The price and billing frequency that apply to you are those presented and agreed to at the time of your purchase, unless subsequently changed in accordance with these Terms.

Different members may pay different prices or have access to different content based on when they joined, the plan they selected, promotions offered, upgrades purchased, or other applicable offers.

The availability of a particular plan or price to another customer does not entitle you to that plan, price, promotion, or membership configuration.

3. RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Unless specifically identified as a one-time purchase, Anchor Chart Club memberships are recurring subscriptions that automatically renew until canceled.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Teach to Love Learning, LLC and its payment processors to automatically charge the payment method associated with your account according to the billing frequency and price disclosed when you enroll.

Depending on the plan selected, your membership may automatically renew monthly, quarterly, annually, or according to another billing schedule disclosed at checkout.

You do not need to manually approve each recurring charge. Your membership will continue and your payment method will continue to be charged until you cancel according to these Terms.

Not logging into your account, not downloading resources, not opening membership emails, not using your membership, or forgetting about your subscription does not constitute cancellation and does not stop recurring payments.

You are responsible for managing and canceling your membership when you no longer wish to continue.

4. TRIALS

Anchor Chart Club may offer free or paid trials from time to time.

Unless the specific offer expressly states otherwise, an Anchor Chart Club trial automatically converts into a paid recurring membership at the end of the trial period.

When you enroll in a trial, the checkout page will disclose the applicable trial period, any amount charged for the trial, the membership price following the trial, and the applicable billing frequency.

By enrolling in a trial, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount disclosed at checkout when the trial ends and to continue charging that payment method according to the applicable recurring billing schedule until you cancel.

For example, if an offer provides a 7-day trial followed by a recurring quarterly membership, your payment method will automatically be charged the disclosed quarterly membership price at the conclusion of the trial unless you cancel within the applicable cancellation period.

A trial is an enrollment in a recurring membership, not a standalone purchase of temporary membership access.

You are responsible for canceling your trial if you do not want it to convert to a paid membership.

Failure to use the trial, log into your account, download resources, or remember the trial expiration date does not cancel your enrollment and does not entitle you to a refund after the membership payment has processed.

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING AND MEMBERSHIP SOFTWARE

Anchor Chart Club uses third-party software and service providers to process purchases, recurring payments, memberships, accounts, and access.

As a result, the appearance, wording, functionality, or account-management process may differ depending on when or where you purchased your membership.

For example, members may see different account dashboards, billing portals, checkout pages, cancellation interfaces, or automated messages depending on the third-party platform associated with their membership.

Regardless of the software or payment platform used, these Anchor Chart Club Terms govern your relationship with Teach to Love Learning, LLC and your license to Anchor Chart Club membership materials.

A third-party platform’s technical display does not modify the terms of your membership or grant additional rights to Anchor Chart Club resources.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel future recurring payments by completing the applicable Anchor Chart Club cancellation process.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on your scheduled billing date to ensure the request can be processed before your next payment.

Recurring billing is automated. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation submitted within 48 hours of the billing date will be processed before the next scheduled payment.

If a scheduled payment has already been processed, the payment will not be refunded.

Submitting a cancellation request does not reverse a payment that has already been processed.

7. CANCELLATION IS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

When your Anchor Chart Club membership cancellation is processed, your membership access and membership license terminate immediately.

You should only complete the cancellation process when you are ready to stop accessing and using your Anchor Chart Club membership and membership resources.

Cancellation does not provide continued access through the end of your current billing period.

This applies even if you have already paid for the current month, quarter, year, or other applicable subscription period.

Third-Party Software Displays

Some of the third-party software we use may technically display an expiration date, renewal date, subscription status, or message suggesting that your membership remains active or accessible through the end of a billing period after cancellation.

That display does not grant you continued Anchor Chart Club access or a continued license to Anchor Chart Club resources.

The Anchor Chart Club cancellation policy controls.

When your cancellation is processed by Teach to Love Learning, LLC, your right to access and use membership resources terminates immediately, regardless of any later date displayed by a third-party billing, checkout, or membership platform.

If technical access temporarily remains available after cancellation because of the functionality of a third-party platform, that technical availability does not constitute permission or a license to access, download, or use Anchor Chart Club membership materials.

Teach to Love Learning, LLC may manually remove or otherwise disable any remaining technical access following cancellation.

8. NO REFUNDS

ALL ANCHOR CHART CLUB SALES AND PAYMENTS ARE FINAL.

Due to the digital nature of Anchor Chart Club resources and the immediate availability of membership materials, Teach to Love Learning, LLC has a no-refunds policy.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • membership payments;
  • membership renewals;
  • monthly, quarterly, annual, or other recurring charges;
  • trial payments;
  • payments processed following the conclusion of a trial;
  • payments processed before a cancellation request is completed;
  • payments processed when a cancellation request is submitted too close to the billing date;
  • unused membership time;
  • failure to use or access the membership;
  • failure to download resources;
  • failure to cancel a membership or trial;
  • forgotten subscriptions;
  • partial billing periods; or
  • cancellations made after a payment has been processed.

There are no partial or prorated refunds.

The fact that you did not use your membership or did not realize that a trial or membership would automatically renew does not create a right to a refund when the recurring billing terms were disclosed at enrollment.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

9. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS IS A LICENSE, NOT OWNERSHIP

Your Anchor Chart Club membership provides a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use eligible membership resources while you are an active member in good standing.

You are not purchasing ownership of the Anchor Chart Club library or its individual membership resources.

Your right to use membership resources is dependent upon maintaining an active Anchor Chart Club membership.

Downloading a resource does not transfer ownership of that resource to you and does not convert the resource into an individually purchased product.

10. YOU MAY ONLY USE MEMBERSHIP RESOURCES WHILE YOU ARE AN ACTIVE MEMBER

Anchor Chart Club membership resources may only be used while you have an active, paid membership or an active authorized trial.

This requirement applies both to resources you access online and resources you download to your computer, device, cloud storage, or other location.

While your membership is active, you may use eligible resources according to the individual license provided by your membership.

Once your membership ends, your license to use membership-only resources ends.

This applies whether your membership ends because you:

  • cancel;
  • fail to make a required payment;
  • allow your membership to expire;
  • receive a refund or payment reversal where applicable;
  • violate these Terms;
  • have your account terminated; or
  • otherwise cease to be an active member.

11. PREVIOUSLY DOWNLOADED RESOURCES AFTER CANCELLATION

Canceling your Anchor Chart Club membership revokes your license to use membership resources you previously downloaded.

Downloading resources while your membership is active does not give you permanent rights to those resources.

After cancellation or termination of your membership, you may not continue to use previously downloaded Anchor Chart Club membership resources, including in your classroom.

This means you may not continue to:

  • print new copies;
  • display the resources;
  • distribute copies to students;
  • upload or share the resources;
  • reproduce the resources;
  • modify or create new materials from them; or
  • otherwise use membership-only resources after your membership license ends.

You should delete membership-only digital files in your possession when your membership ends.

If you separately purchased an individual resource outside of your Anchor Chart Club membership, that individually purchased resource remains subject to the license associated with that separate purchase and is not revoked solely because you cancel your Anchor Chart Club membership.

12. INDIVIDUAL LICENSE

Unless your specific purchase expressly states otherwise, an Anchor Chart Club membership is licensed to one individual educator.

Membership accounts, login credentials, and membership resources may not be shared.

You may not share your account or membership downloads with:

  • another teacher;
  • your teaching team;
  • coworkers;
  • administrators;
  • your school;
  • your district;
  • friends;
  • family members; or
  • any other person who does not have an appropriate license.

If multiple educators wish to use Anchor Chart Club resources, each educator must have an appropriate license unless a separate multi-user, school, or district license has been expressly purchased.

13. RESOURCE SHARING AND DISTRIBUTION

Anchor Chart Club resources may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, posted publicly, or shared with unlicensed users.

You may not upload membership resources to shared drives, public websites, social media, resource-sharing websites, school-wide repositories, district repositories, or other locations where individuals without appropriate licenses can access them.

You may not use Anchor Chart Club resources, designs, templates, content, or materials to create resources for resale or distribution.

All Anchor Chart Club materials remain the intellectual property of Teach to Love Learning, LLC or the applicable content licensor.

14. DISCOUNTS, PROMOTIONS, AND SPECIAL OFFERS

Teach to Love Learning, LLC may offer discounts, promotional pricing, trials, bonuses, coupons, limited-time offers, grandfathered rates, upgrade opportunities, or other special pricing at its discretion.

Promotional offers may:

  • be available only to certain customers;
  • apply only to certain membership plans;
  • require enrollment by a particular deadline;
  • apply only to the first billing period;
  • continue for as long as a qualifying membership remains active;
  • have separate eligibility requirements; or
  • be subject to additional terms disclosed with the offer.

The existence of a lower price, discount, or promotion at another time does not entitle an existing or former member to that price.

We do not provide retroactive discounts or refunds based on a promotion offered before or after your purchase.

Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.

15. GRANDFATHERED AND LOCKED-IN PRICING

Certain Anchor Chart Club memberships may include grandfathered or locked-in pricing.

Unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise, grandfathered or locked-in pricing applies only while the qualifying membership remains continuously active and in good standing.

If you cancel a membership with grandfathered, promotional, or locked-in pricing, you forfeit that pricing.

If you later decide to rejoin Anchor Chart Club, you will enroll at the membership price and under the membership options available at that time.

Teach to Love Learning, LLC is not required to restore a previous membership price, discount, promotion, bonus, plan, or offer after cancellation.

16. CHANGING, UPGRADING, OR DOWNGRADING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

From time to time, members may have the option to change, upgrade, or downgrade their Anchor Chart Club membership.

Changing your membership may affect your:

  • price;
  • billing frequency;
  • renewal date;
  • included grade levels;
  • membership benefits;
  • bonuses;
  • discounts; and
  • grandfathered or promotional pricing.

Any applicable terms associated with an upgrade, downgrade, or membership change will be disclosed when the change is offered.

A previous membership configuration or price may not be available if you later attempt to return to it.

17. FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS

If a recurring payment is declined, fails, is reversed, or otherwise cannot be collected, Teach to Love Learning, LLC or its payment processors may attempt to process the payment again.

We may suspend or terminate membership access when payment is past due or cannot be successfully processed.

You do not have a license to continue using Anchor Chart Club membership resources after your membership has been terminated for nonpayment.

Updating a payment method or resolving an outstanding payment does not guarantee restoration of any previous promotional or grandfathered pricing unless otherwise determined by Teach to Love Learning, LLC.

18. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe there is an error with a charge, please contact Teach to Love Learning, LLC so that we can review your account and transaction.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal does not constitute cancellation of a recurring membership.

If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal relating to an Anchor Chart Club payment, we may suspend or terminate membership access while the matter is reviewed.

We reserve the right to provide the applicable financial institution or payment processor with records relating to the transaction, including enrollment information, checkout disclosures, acceptance of applicable terms, account activity, membership access, login records, cancellation records, communications, and other information reasonably relevant to the dispute.

19. CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT DISPUTES ARE DIFFERENT

Canceling your Anchor Chart Club membership stops eligible future recurring payments after your cancellation is properly processed according to these Terms.

A chargeback or payment dispute submitted through a bank, credit card company, PayPal, or another payment provider is not a substitute for completing the Anchor Chart Club cancellation process.

You remain responsible for canceling your membership according to these Terms if you wish to stop future recurring billing.

20. MEMBERSHIP EMAILS AND NOTICES

We may send transactional emails related to your Anchor Chart Club account, including purchase confirmations, login information, billing information, trial information, renewal notices, payment notices, cancellation information, and other membership-related communications.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and keeping your contact information current.

Failure to receive, read, open, or locate an email, including when an email is filtered into spam or promotions, does not by itself cancel your membership or invalidate a payment that was otherwise authorized.

21. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Anchor Chart Club account and login credentials.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your account information, including your email address and payment information, remains current.

You may not permit another individual to access your membership using your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe an account is being shared, misused, accessed fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

Termination for violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.

22. MEMBERSHIP CONTENT AND AVAILABILITY

Anchor Chart Club is an evolving membership.

Teach to Love Learning, LLC may create, add, modify, update, reorganize, replace, or remove membership content at its discretion.

Unless expressly guaranteed as part of a specific offer, membership does not provide a permanent entitlement to any particular resource, category, bonus, format, feature, or collection.

The inclusion of a resource in Anchor Chart Club at one point in time does not guarantee that the resource will remain part of the membership indefinitely.

23. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Anchor Chart Club content, including but not limited to anchor charts, mini anchor charts, fill-in resources, word walls, exit tickets, educational materials, templates, graphics, text, designs, branding, videos, downloads, membership content, and other materials, is owned by Teach to Love Learning, LLC or its applicable licensors.

Anchor Chart Club content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Membership does not transfer ownership of any Anchor Chart Club intellectual property to you.

24. EDUCATIONAL USE

Anchor Chart Club resources are provided for educational purposes.

Educators are responsible for determining whether a resource is appropriate for their students and for complying with applicable school, district, state, and other educational requirements.

Teach to Love Learning, LLC does not guarantee any particular student, classroom, academic, professional, or other result from the use of Anchor Chart Club materials.

25. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Anchor Chart Club relies on third-party providers for services such as website hosting, checkout, payment processing, email delivery, membership management, and digital content delivery.

We are not responsible for temporary interruptions, errors, delays, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.

A technical error or display within a third-party system does not modify these Terms or create rights beyond those expressly granted by Teach to Love Learning, LLC.

26. TERMINATION BY TEACH TO LOVE LEARNING, LLC

Teach to Love Learning, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for violation of these Terms, including account sharing, unauthorized distribution of resources, fraudulent activity, payment disputes, misuse of membership materials, or infringement of our intellectual property rights.

When membership is terminated, the member’s license to membership resources terminates and the member must discontinue use of membership-only resources.

27. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE ANCHOR CHART CLUB, ITS WEBSITE, MEMBERSHIP PLATFORM, RESOURCES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teach to Love Learning, LLC disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the membership platform.

28. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Teach to Love Learning, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Anchor Chart Club, membership resources, membership platform, or your use of the Services.

29. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Teach to Love Learning, LLC may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Anchor Chart Club, our business practices, our technology, or applicable requirements.

The current version will be posted on anchorchartclub.com with its applicable effective date.

Continued use of the Anchor Chart Club after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

30. RELATIONSHIP TO TEACH TO LOVE LEARNING, LLC

Anchor Chart Club is a product and membership operated by Teach to Love Learning, LLC.

These Anchor Chart Club Terms supplement the general policies and Terms and Conditions of Teach to Love Learning, LLC.

If a provision of these Anchor Chart Club Terms specifically addresses an Anchor Chart Club membership, trial, subscription, cancellation, or membership license, these more specific Anchor Chart Club Terms govern that issue with respect to Anchor Chart Club.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS, CHARGEBACKS, AND DISPUTES

If you believe there is an error with an Anchor Chart Club charge, subscription payment, renewal, or cancellation, you agree to contact Teach to Love Learning, LLC first and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly with us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, except where doing so would interfere with or waive any rights available to you under applicable law.

We want the opportunity to review your account, billing history, cancellation records, and other relevant information and to correct any legitimate billing error.

By enrolling in the Anchor Chart Club, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • membership subscriptions automatically renew until canceled according to these Terms;
  • trial offers automatically convert to the paid membership described at checkout unless canceled according to these Terms;
  • failure to use your membership does not constitute cancellation;
  • cancellation requests must be completed according to the Anchor Chart Club cancellation process;
  • payments that have already been processed are subject to our no-refunds policy; and
  • a chargeback or payment dispute is not a substitute for properly canceling your membership.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute solely to avoid the cancellation policy, no-refunds policy, automatic-renewal terms, or other membership terms that you agreed to at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any dispute, billing-error, fraud, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Teach to Love Learning, LLC may provide the applicable bank, card issuer, payment processor, or dispute-resolution provider with information reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute. This may include your purchase records, checkout disclosures, acceptance of these Terms, membership and trial information, renewal notices, account activity, login and access records, download activity, cancellation history, communications with us, and other relevant transaction information.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically cancel an Anchor Chart Club membership. If you wish to prevent future recurring charges, you must also complete the applicable Anchor Chart Club cancellation process.

Teach to Love Learning, LLC reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership access while a payment dispute or chargeback is pending, where permitted by applicable law.
